in addition to our fancy dinner at roks and our cozy one at barbara fish, here’s everything else we ate and drank while we were visiting the faroe islands!
coffee
despite being a small town, there were a couple cute coffee shops serving some excellent coffee. they were great stop-in options before driving out to explore.

most of our lunches were more snack-y than meal spent out on the road while exploring, but on the last day when we were pretty much snowed in, we grabbed beers, burgers and moules frites at our hotel bar and we were not mad about it.

there is a sushi restaurant in torshavn. it was.. fine! the fish was fresh and everything was well-prepared and tasty, but i guess i’m just a bit spoiled when it comes to japanese food.

and of course, we had to stop in the super cute and cozy mikkeller tasting room. really loved the variety of beers they have on tap, and that a few are locally brewed as well. it’s a great place to stop either before or after dinner, as they really only have things like peanuts and chips for snacking on.
