restaurant barr is just across the inderhavnsbroen bridge from nyhavn (where all the colorful and famous canal houses are) in copenhagen. we had an early reservation before heading to see a ballet at the royal theatre, and it was the perfect cozy and casual scandinavian dinner.
white bread with poppyseed, rye bread and salted butter.
grilled bone marrow, rye chips and green compote with unripe blackcurrant.
green salad, dry cheese, house worcestershire, pickled capers.
halibut, caramelized leek sauce, ramson shoots.
